Shinko specializes in processing Super Engineering Plastic (PTFE). Engaged in resin cutting since its establishment, their expertise includes lathe processing of round bars (bar materials). Shinko products are widely utilized for ultra-small and precision parts processing. These parts are used in medical equipment, cellphone inspection jigs, semiconductor inspection jigs, and micro connectors.

Monthly Production: 100,000 Units.
*This may vary depending on the availability of machines and other conditions. Production of 1,000 units per day with one processing machine. Based on the premise of securing 5 machines, we believe that a monthly production of 100,000 units is possible.
Plastic Bearing
Monthly Production: 1,000 Units.
*This may vary depending on the availability of machines and other conditions. Because of the assembly work involved, the production volume is lower than that of very small parts. This product is under development.
